What does unlimited mean?
With a Design Hero subscription, you can request as many graphics as you like and our designers will work on the requests in your queue every business day. If you don't like the the first result, then no problem — revisions are unlimited, too.
What can I ask to be designed?
The 'Start-Up Essentials' price plan caters for a wide degree of scope in your design brief.
The 'Leap' and 'Pro' price plans offer even more specialist items such as QR codes, custom logo / branding development and presentation and landing page design. Each plan offers a step-up in design scope offered.
How many revisions can I make?
Unlimited. If you are not happy with the design just communicate with us what you want and we will add the change request back into the design queue.
Who owns the creative work?
You do! The design you ordered is customised for you and your brand. You have full ownership of the files when we deliver them to you. We'll send them in PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF formats — whatever suits you! Even better: We'll also send you the source files.
What is the turnaround time?
On average, 'Startup Essentials' and 'Leap' users receive the first concept or next revision in 2-3 business days. Pro users benefit from real-time communication and faster turnaround times, (1-2 days) including same-day concept delivery when possible.
The complexity of your request and/or the number of active requests currently in your queue may affect delivery times. Need your designs even faster?
If you need something faster we make it easy to increase your creative output. Simply add another subscription (which will give you another designer).

QR (Quick Response) codes are used to direct someone to a website, video, linked in profile or any other online accessable content.
Put a dynamic QR code on your business card and people can add your details to their mobile phone contacts just by scanning the QR code on your business card or flyer.
What is UX?
When you need to communicate how a user will interact with a website or mobile app we call it UX (User Experience) design. We use specialist software tools such as Figma and Adobe XD to create wireframes and high fidelity design mockups.
We can provide you with a URL to share with other stakeholders to show them the finished design.
